Embrace (“we”, “us”) operates Reformer, Mat, Barre and Infrared studios in Manchester and Stockport and this website. Each studio is run by its own registered company, and each is the data controller for the personal data relating to that studio:

• Embrace Studio (Stockport) Limited — registered in England & Wales, company no. 16767196. Registered office: 18A Great Underbank, Stockport, SK1 1LW, England (Stockport studio).

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone) via forms or newsletter signup.
• Booking and purchase information handled by our booking provider.
• Correspondence you send us (email, contact form).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages viewed — only when the relevant cookie category has been accepted.

• Contract — to deliver classes, memberships and bookings you have purchased.
• Legitimate interests — to reply to enquiries and to keep the site secure.
• Consent — for marketing emails, analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — accounting, tax and health & safety records.

We share data only with processors who help us run the business — for example our booking platform, email provider, payment processor and, where you have consented, Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

Some of our processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens transfers are protected by UK IDTA / EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Booking & purchase records: up to 7 years (accounting law).
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days.
• Enquiry emails: up to 24 months.
• Analytics data: retained for the period configured in GA4 (14 months by default).

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.
